Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. You will report to the Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks within the site and kitchen as applicable, helping us deliver essentials anytime.

You will work a fluid schedule across peak shifts, use basic software like Google G-Suite, and handle items that may include tobacco or alcohol. Safety and sanitation guidelines apply at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Proficiency with basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets from vendors and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Communicate substitutions or out-of-stock items to customers.
