Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with drivers. This role involves working within site and possibly kitchen areas, with opportunities to handle food and beverages per recipes and standards.

You will report to a Site Leader and contribute to efficient operations across shifts while maintaining safety and cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items for customers.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and put away orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
