Job summary

Gopuff is seeking motivated Operations Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. You will handle picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across site and kitchen areas, supporting drivers and ensuring accurate fulfillment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work a fluid schedule (including early mornings, evenings, weekends), and adherence to safety, sanitation, and FIFO guidelines. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure counts match PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Handle, scan and move products in a safe and organized manner.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
