Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our on-site operations team. You will perform a range of duties from picking and packing to receiving products, managing inventory, and assisting with kitchen items where applicable.

The role requires physical activity, the ability to stand and move for long periods, and strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, with potential work in freezer environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Familiarity with basic web-based software (Google G-Suite) for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Communicate substitutions or OOS items to customers.
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
• Prepare beverages and food menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
