Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform tasks from picking and packing to receiving product and coordinating with drivers.

This role requires a proactive mindset, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities include inventory management, rotating stock, shelving, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• General knowledge of basic web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and reconcile discrepancies with PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage via FIFO guidelines.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move products safely with equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
