Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. You will work under a Site Leader, performing picking, packing, receiving, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, work a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends) and maintain clean, organized facilities while adhering to FIFO and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of cancelled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Maintain FIFO to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutes or out-of-stock items.
• Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks and dollies.
• Operate within health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Education
