Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the site operations team. You will pick and pack items, receive inventory from vendors and manage stock, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and invoices.

You may work in a kitchen area and alongside drivers as part of daily duties. Responsibilities include inventory control, FIFO handling, maintaining a clean facility, and preparing orders for delivery while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Familiar with basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage with strict FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substitutes or OOS items.
• Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
