Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the onsite operations team. You will handle picking, packing, receiving products, and coordinating with partner drivers to ensure timely delivery.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, wear PPE, and maintain accurate inventory while following FIFO, safety, and sanitation guidelines across the site and kitchen areas where applicable. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Familiar with basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage with FIFO compliance.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
