Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Associate in Houston, TX to join the Capacity Planning Team. You will support Capacity Planning Specialists, follow up on carrier tasks, process paperwork, track active transit, and provide updates to the carrier sales team.

The role requires strong organization, pro-active communication, and experience in sales or customer service. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics and experience in logistics are preferred.

• Experience in a sales or customer service role (e.g., food service, hospitality)
• Ability to perform tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
