Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations in Gretna, NE. You will help with inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales-floor support, ensuring accurate merchandising and a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries and RFID scans, maintaining stock checks, assisting customers, and collaborating with teammates to keep front- and back-of-house operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a back-of-house or similar high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
