Qualifications

• Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office administration, retail, customer service, or hospitality are a plus, we offer complete, hands-on training.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels with on-the-job coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Streamline Daily Logistics: maintain master activity schedules, inventory tracking logs, event briefs, and checklists.
• Coordinate Cross-Team Needs: work with venue leads, client reps, and internal teams to keep materials and timelines on target.
• Track Execution & Solve Bottlenecks: monitor daily metrics, spot delays, and implement practical solutions.
• Lead Strategy Syncs: support morning briefings, record decisions, assign actions, and track follow-through.

Your Daily Operations & Key Tasks

As an Entry‑Level Operations Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced operations directors while taking hands‑on responsibility over daily campaign readiness and resource staging.

• Streamline Daily Logistics: Maintain master activity schedules, inventory tracking logs, event setup briefs, and operational checklists.


• Coordinate Cross-Team Needs: Collaborate with venue leads, client representatives, and internal teams to keep materials, setups, and timelines on target.


• Track Execution & Solve Bottlenecks: Monitor daily operational metrics, spot potential delays early, and implement swift, practical solutions.


• Lead Strategy Syncs: Support morning briefing huddles, record key operational decisions, assign priority action items, and track follow‑through.
