Roylo Partners in Columbus is seeking an Entry-Level Operations Assistant to support daily campaign readiness, logistics, and resource staging. You will work closely with experienced operations leaders, contributing to streamlined daily workflows and hands-on training.

This on-site role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Open to all degree backgrounds with strong potential for growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Open to all academic degree paths (High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree welcome).
• Beginners welcome! Backgrounds in office administration, retail, customer service, or hospitality are a plus, we offer complete, hands-on training.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels with on-the-job coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Streamline Daily Logistics: maintain master activity schedules, inventory tracking logs, event briefs, and checklists.
• Coordinate Cross-Team Needs: work with venue leads, client reps, and internal teams to keep materials and timelines on target.
• Track Execution & Solve Bottlenecks: monitor daily metrics, spot delays, and implement practical solutions.
• Lead Strategy Syncs: support morning briefings, record decisions, assign actions, and track follow-through.
