Job description

Natura is a fast-growing interiorscape company transforming commercial spaces across Texas and Florida through interior and exterior plant design, living walls, moss walls, and seasonal installations. We help businesses create environments where people thrive, improving employee well-being, client experience, and overall workplace performance.

Behind every successful client relationship and beautifully maintained space is a team keeping the details organized and moving forward. This role connects Sales, Operations, and Branch Leadership by taking ownership of essential administrative work, improving response times, and helping each team stay focused on its highest-impact priorities.

For someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting multiple teams, Natura offers a hands-on opportunity to improve processes and make a visible impact on the success of the branch.

Our Core Values

At Natura, everything we do is rooted in our Core Values. They define how we work, how we support one another, and how we serve our clients. They are expected in every interaction and every responsibility.

People: Place others' needs first and treat everyone with respect.

Ownership: Take responsibility, do it right, and speak up when needed.

Faith: Honor God in all things.

Learning: Stay curious, take initiative, and keep growing.

Quality: Deliver nothing less than the best.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Operations, and Branch Leadership teams.

This role owns many of the non-revenue-producing administrative responsibilities that keep the branch running smoothly. By managing customer information, contracts, work orders, purchasing, fleet records, and other recurring processes, this position allows Account Executives to focus on client growth and Operations leaders to focus on service quality, team productivity, and execution.

Success in this role comes from strong follow-through, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting important tasks fall through the cracks.

  • Identify potential network and multi-location account opportunities
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to help resolve invoicing issues
  • Close completed customer service and replacement work orders
  • Organize and group work orders by ZIP code to support more efficient scheduling
  • Help coordinate customer service work orders, replacement work orders, and care calls
  • Maintain Neat Truck documentation and process receiving or credit requests
  • Track overtime payroll records and assist with recurring administrative processing
  • Set up purchase orders and support local purchasing, inventory, and pricing needs
  • Assist with new-account setup and verify that required customer paperwork is complete
  • Coordinate customer badging and site-access requirements
  • Maintain fleet and company vehicle records
  • Create purchase orders for vehicle rentals and tolls
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and body work
  • Provide additional administrative support to branch leadership as needed

  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and terminology
  • Strong computer skills and confidence working with customer records and administrative systems
  • Experience with a CRM, work-order system, payroll platform, or purchasing process is a plus
  • Ability to recognize missing or inaccurate information and take action to resolve it
  • A service-minded approach and willingness to step in where support is needed
  • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a broader team

  • Someone who needs every task assigned step by step
  • Candidates who struggle to balance competing priorities
  • Someone who is uncomfortable following up or asking questions when information is missing
  • People who overlook details or leave tasks unfinished
