Job summary

Wayfair seeks a Commercial Analyst Intern in Boston for a 10-week program. You’ll work on real projects within Wayfair’s Commercial team, contributing to supplier partnerships and end-to-end customer experiences.

You’ll analyze data, build dashboards, and support pricing and product strategies while gaining exposure to global markets. This is a hybrid, Boston-based internship with some in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in a relevant field with expected graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or BigQuery.
• Must return to studies after the internship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or Excel to surface trends and growth opportunities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across pricing, marketing and product selection to improve profitability.
• Build and own dashboards and real-time tracking to measure KPIs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to guide selection and negotiate improvements.
• Design, run and evaluate rigorous A/B tests and models to inform roadmaps.
• Present findings with clear visualizations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage approved AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis.
