You will present insights to Talent and Business teams and work with Visier and data tools to deliver actionable views for leadership.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid, in-office with one remote day per week environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope, develop and manage end-to-end analyses to address business questions and improve recruiter/candidate experience.
• Present analyses and insights to Talent and Business teams.
• Navigate Visier to answer questions and build views for leaders.
