Job summary

Penske is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Phoenix to handle branch administrative processes and drive operational efficiency. You will deliver superior customer service to internal and external customers and support the branch financial manager to improve profitability.

The role involves coordinating accounts receivable, fleet licensing, permitting, and billing processes, as well as performing process analyses with systems such as Qlikview and AS400.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship building.
• 2+ years in customer service or financial admin.
• Agile learner; enjoys collaborative projects and ongoing education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues to support profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, and process citations.
• Track asset outside services and coordinate with Fleet Services and central functions.
• Perform process analyses using systems like Qlikview or AS400 for problem solving and improvement.
• Maintain District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and new-hire paperwork.
• Projects and tasks as assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
