Job summary

Penske is located at a Penske facility in Cranbury, NJ. The Operations Coordinator will complete administrative processes to support efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will assist the branch financial manager with guidance and information to contribute to branch performance.

Responsibilities include financial operations, fleet tasks, and process analytics, using QlikView or AS400. Collaboration with local and centralized teams is essential to support licensing, citations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and financial administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance and billing; support branch profitability.
• Perform fleet licensing, permitting and vehicle service tasks.
• Coordinate asset outside services and vendor support.
• Analyze processes (billing, reports, credits) for improvements.
• Maintain personnel files, weekly payroll and hiring paperwork.
• Support Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
