Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Austin to handle branch administrative processes, support customer service, and contribute to profitability.

The role partners with the branch financial manager to provide guidance and information for performance improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable, fleet licensing and permitting, process analytics, and payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service financial administrative experience
• Regular, predictable full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work at the required location and pass background/drug checks
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized function.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing, and resolve issues to support customer service and branch profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, research and process citations.
• Track asset outside services such as unit jacket file, wash sheets, fueling and other supporting tasks.
• Partner with Fleet Services to support licensing, permitting, citations and other fleet operations.
• Perform process analyses and reviews in billing, reports, credit memos, citations and AR; propose improvements.
• Use Qlikview or AS400 to understand operational dynamics for problem solving.
• Maintains District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and new-hire paperwork.
