You will assist the Branch Financial Manager, handle accounts receivable, fleet licensing, and process analytics using systems like Qlikview or AS400, while maintaining strong internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service with financial administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and billing; improve profitability.
• Coordinate fleet service activities, licensing, permitting, and citations.
• Track outside vendor support and collaboration with Fleet Services.
• Conduct process analyses using reports (e.g., 1211, AR) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain district personnel files, payroll, and new-hire paperwork.
