Job summary

Whiteshield is seeking an analytical Operations Analyst to map and standardize how work is performed across the firm, supporting a transformation programme. You will document processes, build workflows and administer core platforms like Slack and Notion, while ensuring data hygiene across systems.

Working with finance, delivery, CRM, dashboards and HR teams, you will drive automation, governance and scalable operating models, taking ownership of end-to-end processes and facilitating adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead business process mapping across operational and corporate functions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand current processes.
• Produce clear process maps, workflows and supporting documentation.
• Capture decision points, approvals, dependencies and system interactions.
• Build and maintain a central repository of operational processes and documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual activities and operational risks.
• Design future-state, standardised workflows and build them.
• Build no-code automations on the existing stack to reduce manual effort.
• Validate documentation and improvements with business leaders, and iterate.
• Own day-to-day administration of Slack and Notion; drive adoption across teams.
