Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, automate processes, and implement a PSA platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leadership, building automation and dashboards while growing into broader operational analytics responsibilities.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, attention to detail, and collaboration with stakeholders to simplify and improve business processes, supported by AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years in business analysis, reporting, process improvement, automation, or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English with global teams and leadership.
• Experience supporting business process automation or workflow development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate & Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing workflows.
• Create and maintain process docs, diagrams, and procedures.
• Develop recurring operational reports and dashboards.
• Support PSA platform reporting requirements and future automation.
