You will design dashboards with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, drive automation with n8n, Zapier, or Make, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration will accelerate digital transformation, reduce costs, and improve KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently take a business problem from identification to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and audit operational workflows across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Movers, and Accounting.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering key metrics such as conversion rates and occupancy.
• Design and implement improved processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Translate operational requirements into clear system and technical specifications.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business and operational decisions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes, requirements, and SOPs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
