QBE Insurance Group Limited is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Mid Corp leadership team by driving continuous improvement, analysing performance metrics and guiding system enhancements. This role emphasizes collaboration across business units, data accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.

The position focuses on improving processes, developing scorecards, and ensuring effective use of key systems, with a strong emphasis on customer service and cross-functional partnership.

Formación

• Insurance industry experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consistent processes by collaborating with business units and shared services.
• Act as a consultant on metrics, KPIs, reporting and downstream impacts.
• Improve systems and tools for data integrity and self-service access.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather end-user feedback, document processes and oversee system upgrades.
• Provide user support, test systems, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with gathering requirements and testing changes.
• Serve as SME on policies and procedures when managers are unavailable.
• Contribute to operational team plans addressing key issues.
