Job summary

The candidate will collect and analyze data, develop dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate on migrations and scalable service models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operations, data analysis, or related role.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with relational databases preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: collect and analyze operational data from local offices to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations across key systems for accuracy.
• Process improvement: review current operational processes and recommend enhancements based on data insights.
• Document and communicate process changes to relevant teams and collaborate with centralized services and local offices to implement improvements.
• Performance monitoring: track KPIs for office operations and prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership.
• Resource planning: support forecasting for staffing and resource allocation based on data and business needs.
• Strategic support: contribute to design and implementation of scalable segmentation and service models.
