Job summary

The role emphasizes building performance metrics for sales and customer service, using Excel, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, and predictive modeling to drive insights and measurable improvements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an analyst role (finance, operations, business, or equivalent) required.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Python, or R is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance metrics reporting for the sales and customer service support teams.
• Prepare quantitative analysis using Excel, SQL and other analytic & visualization tools.
• Provide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage.
• Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and tasks.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams across the business.
• Create reporting for KPIs, monitor results and analyze outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department leaders to defend strategy and business cases for initiatives.
• Translate business problems into actionable analysis and recommendations.
