Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or analytics-related field.
• 1+ year of healthcare operations, quality improvement, analytics, or related role.
• Experience with healthcare data and performance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: identify trends, risks, opportunities; develop dashboards and reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Operational Execution: coordinate initiatives; monitor progress; keep on schedule and aligned with priorities.
• Process Improvement: evaluate workflows; document SOPs; support changes and automation.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: work with clinics, pharmacy, analytics, technology, compliance; document decisions.
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance: support CMS, NCQA, HEDIS, Medicare standards; participate in audits.
• Communication & Reporting: prepare reports for leadership; convey findings clearly to technical and executive audiences.
