Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Two years managing cross-functional projects in a large organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
Experience in data collection and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor field operations and collect data on operator performance.
Develop and manage project lifecycles from planning to delivery.
Coordinate a portfolio of projects across bus operations.
Prepare data-driven reports for management and committees.
Maintain data-driven dashboards tracking incidents and trends.
