• Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks, required information, and upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records for fund launches, fund changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Assist with collecting and organizing information required for internal system setup and external service-provider onboarding.
• Support the preparation of status reports, management updates, presentation materials, and working-group documentation.

A top-tier global investment banking firm is seeking a contracted Operations Fund Services Analyst to join their Asset Wealth Management in New York, NY.

Pay Rate: up to $33/hour

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Fully onsite – 5 days per week

Duration: 6-month contract to start, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs

Role Overview:

The Fund Services team supports the strategic setup, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management of alternative investment funds. The team collaborates with internal business units and external service providers to ensure all fund launch milestones are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

As a Fund Services Operations Analyst, you will provide vital analytical and project management coordination for new fund launches and key lifecycle events. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, this role offers an early-career candidate hands-on exposure to asset management operations, alternative investment products, and end-to-end fund management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day project coordination support for new fund launches and other fund-related activities.
