Position Overview

Fund Operations Specialists support the day-to-day operational functions of investment funds, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and controls across the fund lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations, including trade processing, cash movements, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and counterparties to ensure accurate NAVs and reporting
• Monitor and resolve breaks in cash, positions, and valuations
• Support fund-level reporting, including performance, exposure, and investor reporting
• Assist with subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions
• Maintain fund documentation, operational procedures, and internal controls
• Support audits, regulatory filings, and compliance-related requests
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports for internal stakeholders
