Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activity for new fund launches and related events.
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and workflow tools.
• Schedule working-group meetings and prepare agendas.
• Capture notes and action items.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on tasks and deadlines.
• Keep records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations.
• Gather information for internal system setup and onboarding.
• Set up new funds in internal systems using fund documentation.
• Validate data for completeness and consistency across trackers and materials.
• Prepare status reports and presentations.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day activity for new fund launches and other fund events
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and workflow tools
• Schedule working-group meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes and action items
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on tasks, information, and deadlines
• Keep accurate records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations
• Gather and organize information for internal system setup and service-provider onboarding
• Set up new funds in internal systems using fund documentation
• Validate data to confirm it is complete and consistent across trackers and materials
• Flag missing information, overdue items, or process issues and elevate them appropriately
• Prepare status reports, management updates, and presentation materials
• Support ad hoc projects and process‑improvement efforts
