Fort Bend Women’s Center seeks an Operations Advocate Lead, a full-time, on-site role in Richmond, TX. You will oversee advocacy and operations for shelter and non-residential services, ensuring trauma-informed, survivor-centered support and coordinating intake, crisis response, safety planning, and referrals.

The role requires leadership of a team, strong communication skills, and experience in domestic violence or sexual assault programs, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Formación

• Experience in client advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed services for survivors.
• Leadership and mentoring of staff; able to manage schedules and delegate tasks.
• Operational and administrative skills: workflow management, documentation, data entry and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with survivors, colleagues and partners.
• On-site work in Richmond, TX with discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day advocacy and operational support in shelter and non-residential services.
• Lead and coordinate a team of advocates to ensure trauma-informed services.
• Support intake, safety planning, crisis response and referrals for survivors.
• Maintain documentation, data integrity, and compliance with program policies.
