Job summary

Unbound Now in the Austin area seeks a Director of Survivor Advocacy to lead the regional advocacy team, supervise staff, and ensure excellence in service delivery for trafficking survivors. You will coordinate intake, case management, and reporting for grant and state contracts in partnership with DFPS, law enforcement, and care partners.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW or related field with licensure, strong supervisory skills, and deep trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• MSW preferred; bachelor's considered with relevant supervisory experience.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC or equivalent) required.
• 2–3 years crisis intervention, case management, or direct victim services experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise regional Survivor Advocacy team and program activities.
• Recruit, train, and retain advocates, coordinators, and volunteers.
• Ensure timely documentation, data entry within 72 hours, and grant/state reporting.
• Coordinate with DFPS, law enforcement, care coordinators, and MDTs.
• Oversee budgets, Ramp/TripLog processes, and travel reimbursements.
