- Develop strong working relationships with department office staff to deliver the best quality service to our client Districts, builders and the vendor community.
- Create, assign, review and lock service orders and purchase orders. (taps, inspections and invoices)
- Process payments, log checks and prepare bank deposits
- Answer incoming Services calls
- Perform word processing of letters, memos, and general business correspondence
- Gather back charge backup to be forwarded to bookkeeper for the builders
- Assist in document control both electronically and hard copy to ensure all filing is current and easy to access as needed.
- Performs any otherrelated administrative Builder Services tasks to the best of their ability

Education And Experience Requirements
- High School or GED. College course work in business administration would be helpful
- Two years or more as administrative assistant or related industry experience is preferred

- Ability to learn and effectively navigate processes using the software used in the various departments
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized and be detail oriented while working to successfully meet deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as customer service skills, must be able to easily and professionally interact with customers
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of urgency
Work Environment
Physical Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment utilizing modern office equipment and technology and may require sitting for prolonged periods of time using a computer. The incumbent stands, walks, and may twist, reach, bend, crouch and kneel. An incumbent must be able to meet the requirements of the classification and have mobility, vision, hearing and dexterity levels appropriate to the duties to be performed.
