Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking and PODs.
• Enter data including billing, freight bills, payroll, and related documents.
• Process invoices and monitor checks and cash for A/R and A/P.
• Assist in handling Haz-mat information for loads at the facility.
