Qualifications

• Command of English to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in transportation industry and/or customer service is a plus.
• Haz-mat or workers' compensation experience is helpful.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email, and fax on issues such as freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry including scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and payroll tasks.
• Process paperwork and invoices; monitor checks and cash for AR and AP.
• Assist in processing Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving at the facility.
