Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking an Operations Admin-Customer Service at our Cincinnati, OH location to support internal teams and external customers with freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking and PODs. The role involves data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and general paperwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualified candidates communicate clearly, have strong typing and Microsoft Office skills, and can adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication with internal and external customers.
• Experience in transportation industry and/or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on charges, pickups, tracing, tracking and PODs.
• Data entry: scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, SDC'ing of freight bills, and payroll.
• Process paperwork and invoices, monitor checks and cash for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Help process and monitor paperwork and Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving at the facility.
• Interact with and support supervisors, drivers, and dock workers.
• Assist in monitoring and compliance in areas including new hires, safety, P&D, OS&D, payroll, and accounts payable.
