Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC in Harrisburg, PA is hiring an Operations Admin-Customer Service to support freight operations, invoicing and customer communication. The role requires strong data entry, problem solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will work Monday–Friday, 5 PM–1:30 AM, in a busy, team-focused environment. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Command of the English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in transportation industry and/or customer service is a plus.
• Experience with Haz-mat or worker's compensation is helpful.
• Problem solving and analytical ability essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing/ten-key.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry, including scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and payroll.
• Process paperwork and invoices, monitor checks and cash for AP/AR.
• Help monitor Haz-mat information for loads at the facility.
