Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Ops Admin II/SR Ops Admin to provide clerical and administrative support across hub and station operations, including linehaul, QA and customer service. The role addresses damaged/ misaddressed packages and serves as the customer’s first contact for issues.

Responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and frontline customer service. The position may involve audit support and loss prevention tasks, with part-time scheduling and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data entry, organizational and clerical skills.
• Customer service experience required to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
• Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, phone) to management and operations.
• Enter data in various systems and compile reports for management review.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Assist with BCSA audit data retrieval and documentation.
