Job summary

You will work with sales and program directors from product setup through shipping and billing, using Excel and Google Workspace, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and streamlining daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a professional service or fast-paced operational environment preferred.
• Exemplary administrative skills with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; strong organizational abilities.
• College degree in business or administrative field is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Input, organize, and track operational data across multiple software platforms on established timelines.
• Learn, use, and maintain client software systems while keeping staff updated on procedural changes.
• Handle day-to-day accounting entry, process billing, and monitor AR/AP functions and promotions.
• Review transactional data, shipments, and financial inputs to ensure complete accuracy.
• Partner with sales and program directors to support the product lifecycle from setup through shipping and billing.
• Develop efficient, streamlined approaches to daily data workflows.
