Qualifications

• Ability to lift/maneuver 30 lb banker’s boxes and push/pull loaded carts.
• Stand, stoop, bend, and stretch for full 8-hour shifts.
• Prior related work experience providing understanding of activities, policies, procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, records, processes and services the production output of various, basic servicing activities.
• Works on basic projects under direct supervision.
• Supports a range of products/services.
• Applies knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities.
• Applies attention to detail and task accuracy.
• Responsible for scanning files into a computer application to validate accuracy while sitting at a desk.
• Escalates, manages and reports control issues with transparency in line with Citi policies.
