Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team (up to 10) by delegating daily tasks and streamlining procedures.
• Conduct training, monitor quality and provide performance feedback, including pay/promotion recommendations.
• Analyze Operations information and make evaluative judgments to solve problems.
• Identify staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage; back up manager when needed.
• Demonstrate independence and act as SME to stakeholders and team members.
