Job summary

SWBC is seeking an experienced operations support professional to produce and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports for a financial services environment. You will validate data, investigate discrepancies, and escalate variances in key performance and compliance metrics.

Responsibilities include preparing client reports, invoice details, and campaign outputs, while coordinating with Collections leadership, IT, and dialer administration to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 1–3 years of data entry, report processing, or related experience.
• Excellent keyboarding and data entry accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to create reports and use data formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process, format, and validate data for client and internal reports.
• Investigate discrepancies by verifying source data and outputs.
• Verify output against criteria; notify management of exceptions.
• Monitor service levels and productivity metrics using reporting tools.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports within deadlines.
• Support compliance and audit efforts with production controls.
