Job summary

SWBC is seeking an Operations Analyst to plan, coordinate, and execute key corporate initiatives from an operations perspective. The role emphasizes research analysis and departmental process improvements to deliver projects on time and per plan across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years project management or 5 years business analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and macros.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes departmental data for efficiencies, issues, and gaps.
• Coordinates with multiple teams to deliver projects on time and on plan.
• Develops formal post-production validation and requirements documentation.
• Communicates progress and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management.
• Updates procedures based on findings and implementation plans.
