SWBC is seeking an entry-level Collections Dialer Administrator to monitor the daily activity of the collections call center’s assisted manual dialer (AMD) and related systems in San Antonio, TX. You will review basic production statistics, generate reports, and alert management to production concerns while supporting real-time efficiency improvements.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with independence and teamwork, providing exposure to dialer and collection software and industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework in Computer Operations or Business Administration preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in collections/operations.
• Basic knowledge of business processes and applicable laws and regulations.
• Proficient organizational & planning, multi-tasking, and data analysis skills.
• Basic negotiation skills.
• Proficient managing priorities/deadlines and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships and prioritize work.
• Adaptable to changes.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the manual near-dial system (AMD) to agents.
• Export and load information from work distribution or other databases into the dialer.
• Adjust campaign filters to meet defined contact strategies.
• Maintain agent profiles and dialer, production, client, and workforce reports.
• Monitor/track incoming account volume.
