Job summary

SWBC is seeking a Financial Operational Analyst to plan and design business processes, leveraging SQL, Python and Power BI for automated reporting and Workday integrations. You will collaborate with accounting and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and system improvements.

You will build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations, support Power Platform developments, and assist in testing Workday updates related to integrations while communicating changes across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Information Systems or related field.
• 0-3 years in accounting/financial reporting and analysis; strong in business process design.
• Experience with Workday integrations and Power Platform development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design business processes to improve and support activities.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with financials and third party apps.
• Provide development for Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
