Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering.
• Experience in process design, improvement, transformation roles.
• Lean Six Sigma or related methodology knowledge preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues, optimize efficiency, and improve controls.
• Gathers information with Line of Business partners to implement solutions.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using best practices.
• Uses analytics to translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with business case benefits.
• Supports development of enterprise change management deliverables and SIPOC/RACI artifacts.
