Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Operational Excellence Manager to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will drive operational excellence efforts across assigned sites, turning standards and tools into practical routines that improve performance on the shop floor. The manager will partner closely with site leaders and cross‑functional teams to build improvement roadmaps, strengthen execution discipline, and elevate continuous improvement capability. A strong blend of data analysis, hands‑on observation, and coaching will be essential to influence results and sustain better operating practices in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,600 – $152,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of operational excellence standards and tools within assigned sites


• Facilitate site‑level action plans and improvement roadmaps to enhance operational performance


• Translate operational excellence standards into practical routines and best practices


• Use data analysis and shop‑floor observations to identify opportunities for improvement


• Deliver training and coaching to build operational excellence capability across teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field preferred


• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, operational excellence, or continuous improvement


• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem‑solving techniques


• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills


• Ability to influence teams without direct authority and manage multiple priorities
