Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Lean Process Improvement professional to map operations, drive rapid improvement events, and coach line leaders in Lean principles. On-site role in New Jersey with a focus on standard work, flow, and visual management.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to train and coach leaders in problem solving and standard work.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent education considered).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conducting process mapping to assess efficiency and effectiveness of current operations.
• Planning and executing Rapid Improvement Events to eliminate waste.
• Training/coaching line leaders and staff in Lean principles and visual management.
• Ensuring engagement during pre-work, event week, and post-event weeks.
• Fostering culture change and coaching employees to follow Lean principles.
• Collaborating with Value Stream Coach and managers to resolve issues during implementation.
