Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree preferred with manufacturing experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to stand/walk long periods and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach hourly operators on lean tools and processes.
• Support Rapid Improvement Events with cross-functional teams.
• Lead 5S and visual management across value streams.
• Ensure workplace safety and conduct time studies.
• Identify obstacles and drive problem solving to improve takt attainment.
• Co-facilitate lean transformation projects and JDIs, and update standard work.
