Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Lean/Operations specialist to drive rapid improvement and eliminate waste across manufacturing and office processes. You will map processes, plan events, coach line leaders in problem solving, and help sustain gains with visual management and standardized work.

This on-site role requires strong communication and facilitation skills to energize teams and embed lean principles.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching teams in problem-solving and lean principles.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping to assess efficiency and identify waste.
• Plan and execute rapid improvement events to remove inefficiencies.
• Train and coach leaders and staff in lean methods and standard work.
• Support adherence to standard work and sustain event outcomes.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve issues during implementation and maintenance.
